[Updated] Details of our Kill la Kill Box 3 release!
April 2, 2015 · 3 comments
UPDATE (18th April 2015): Hi everyone. Since this page was published the date of release for Kill la Kill Box 3 has moved back one week to 1st June 2015. This is due the production of the Collector’s Box. It’s a complicated process due its unique design (as you can see image below.) We made this decision to move the release date back one week as at this stage we couldn’t guarantee production would be completed in timeĀ forĀ the originally advertised release date. As a precaution we decided to move the date back one week.
This date amendment will be updated accordingly with retailers (though we know some of them have already done so.) We’ll be sure to keep you updated on this.
Today we’re delighted to be able to confirm some initial details relating to our Kill la Kill Box 3 release on Collector’s Edition DVD and Blu-ray!
Set for release on 25th May, our Box 3 will contain episodes 20-24 plus the bonus OVA episode 25 of the series. It will come packed in a rigid box, inside the box will be a digipack housing the disc and an art book. (More details on the rigid box design and artbook to follow soon.) BUT, in addition to what we’ve just said the first print run of Kill la Kill Box 3 on Collector’s Edition Blu-ray and DVD will come with a UK Exclusive Collector’s Box to house the series!
You can pre-order Kill la Kill Box 3 today from Amazon UK HERE and at our web shop HERE. Let us know what you think of it!
PLEASE NOTE: You will be able to order our Kill la Kill Box 3 release from any retailer stocking our release and you will receive the Collector’s Edition Box so long as the first print run last, but all retailers will be given this version of the release by default for day of release. We’ll be sure to make it known when the first print run has been exhausted (and/or is close to reaching it’s allocation.)
Signing out~!

Since the two sets Kill la Kill (Part 3) and Baccano! are close to each other by release date, do you have any additional information on the "Baccano!" set, or have a date in which the information will be unveiled?

We're not able to comment on Baccano just yet, but as soon as we can we'll be sure to do so. ^JG
