[UNBOXING] K: Missing Kings

As the month of October rolls on so do our upcoming releases. Over the course of the next month we’re going to be releasing the second and third chapters in the K anime franchise, the film K: Missing Kings and the series K: Return of Kings. 

K: Missing Kings arrives next week (Monday 15th October) and K: Return of Kings will be available to add to your collection just a few weeks later on Monday 29th October.

Today we’re going to be taking a look at our Ltd Collector’s Edition Blu-ray release of the film K: Missing Kings, which is the theatrical sequel to the original ‘K’ TV series. (So in short, the second chapter of the franchise.)

ABOUT K: MISSING KINGS

Synopsis: “Silver Clan members Kuro and Neko are on a mission to find their king, Shiro, who went missing after the battle on the School Island involving four of the seven coloured kings. During their search, the two discover that Red Clan member Anna Kushina has become the target of the mysterious Green Clan, which intends to use the girl’s special power to track down Shiro. Now the Silver and Red Clans find themselves joining forces to protect Shiro and Anna from this new threat. But will this unexpected alliance be enough to counter the Green Clan’s top fighters, as well as its king?”

WHAT’S INSIDE? WHAT’S ON THE DISCS?

The Ltd. Collector’s Edition set comes packed in a rigid case. The case itself utilises a spot-uv finish on the to really make the certain elements of the imagery pop-out in the light. Inside the rigid case you get a digipack to hold the two discs (1 x Blu-ray and 1 x DVD). Also inside you get 5 art cards, showcasing characters you see in the film and a as if that wasn’t enough, you even get a poster included (dimensions: 34cm x 41cm.)

On the discs themselves you get:

• The film, K: Missing Kings with both English and original Japanese (with English subtitles) language options. (Both audio options being presented in 5.1)
• You also get a trailer for the movie as an extra.
