[Unboxing] The Anthem of the Heart

We’re kicking off the day with an unboxing for you as we’re delighted to show what to expect from our release of the wonderful film The Anthem of the Heart, ahead of it’s release on 26th June.

Your first opportunity to purchase this set will be this weekend at the MCM London Comic Con as we have limited quantities available in our AllTheAnime shop at our stand in the south hall.

But if you can’t be at MCM London, have no fear as you can order your copy ahead of its general release on 26th June from Amazon UK, Base.com and Anime-On-Line. You’ll also be able to order it from our AllTheAnime.com web shop from next week.

ABOUT THE ANTHEM OF THE HEART

Synopsis: “I have feelings I can’t tell anybody hidden deep in a shell inside of my heart. But, really, I want to shout it out…my honest feelings like a beautiful anthem is waiting to break free!

Jun is a girl whose words have been sealed away. She was once a very happy girl, but because of a “certain thing” she said when she was very young, her family was torn apart. Then, the egg fairy appeared in front of her and sealed away her ability to talk in order to stop her from hurting anybody else. Since this traumatic experience, Jun lives in the shadows away from the limelight. Years later — she is nominated to become an executive member of the “community outreach council.” On top of that, Jun is also appointed to play the main lead in their musical…”

What’s inside? What’s on the discs?

Our release comes packed in a rigid case with a digipack to store the two discs (1 x Blu-ray & 1 x DVD). Also included is a booklet containing art from the film.

On the discs themselves you get the the film in Japanese with subtitles only – as no English dub has been produced – with both 2.0 and 5.1 audio options.

Also on the discs are the Japanese theatrical trailer, TV spots, Promotional Video and a title-free version of the ending theme too.
