Attack on Titan Season 1 Soundtrack comes to Vinyl

Back in October of last year, we revealed that our next big vinyl record release would be the soundtrack of the juggernaut that is Attack on Titan, from the famed composer Hiroyuki Sawano!
Ever since that announcement you’ve been hungry for more news, and today we’re excited to reveal everything you need to know about our upcoming Attack on Titan: Season 1 Official Vinyl Soundtrack releases!
This soundtrack will be released on vinyl as both a Deluxe Edition and Standard Edition on 26th October 2020, while a CD version (which some of your may remember was previously sold by ourselves) will once again be made available too.

ABOUT THE COMPOSER
Hiroyuki Sawano
Born 1980, in Tokyo. As well as primary field of creating soundtracks for TV drama, anime and films, he also composes and arranges music for other artists.
In 2006, he was acclaimed for his soundtrack for the drama Iryu: Team Medical Dragon and the vocal version of the theme song Aesthetic became very popular. On 15th July 2009, his first original album musica (Universal Music) was released.

WHAT’S PLANNED FOR THE VINYL RELEASE?
First of all, an important detail to highlight is that there will be two versions available of the Season 1 soundtrack: A Deluxe Edition, and a Standard Edition. This is the plan for all of our Attack on Titan vinyl soundtrack releases moving forward, with the differences between the regular and Deluxe editions becoming more pronounced in later seasons – an important point to bear in mind that we want to highlight as you decide your preferences when it comes to starting this part of your vinyl record collection!
Now that we’ve made a suitable note of that, let’s start off with the Deluxe Edition.
