Andrew Partridge of Anime Limited says: ‘I fell in love with Giovanni’s Island when I first saw it! It’s a wonderful, interesting, touching story about a time in Japanese postwar history that has been overlooked by many. Not only is it an incredible story of friendship but it’s also a fascinating history lesson beautifully animated.’
