[Unboxing] Kill la Kill Part 3

The wait is nearly over as in just a few weeks time (8th June) Kill la Kill Part 3 is set for release on Collector’s Edition Blu-ray and Collector’s Edition DVD. Though if you’re at MCM London Comic Con this weekend we will have some early pre-release copies on each format available at our booth (#1741). Today we wanted to give you a sneak peek at what you can expect when you open your copy of this release.

What’s in the box?

The contents of our release of Part 3 are as follows:

• 1 x UK Exclusive Collector’s Box
• 1 x Rigid box
• 1 x Blu-ray disc / DVD disc (depending on which format you purchase)
• 1 x Digipack to hold the disc
• 1 x Kill la Kill Artboard book

 

Contents on the disc

The content on the disc is as follows: (NOTE: Content regardless whether it’s the DVD or Blu-ray version is identical)

• Episodes 20-24 + Bonus OVA Episode 25 in both original Japanese audio with English subtitles and English language audio
• Clean Opening & Closing title sequences
• Clean close title sequence for episode 24
• Kill la Kill Digest – Naked Memories by Aikuro Mikisugi –

 

What does it look like?

(The version we’re highlighting is the Blu-ray version, but barring logos of the format and colour of the disc itself inside, the contents are identical.)

Wlil I get the Collector’s Box no matter where I order / purchase it? Yes, only the version (regardless whether you buy the DVD or Blu-ray) that will be available on day of release is the version that includes the collector’s box.

How long will the Collector’s Box be available for? The Collector’s Box is available for the first print run of Kill la Kill Part 3 only. But don’t worry once we know stock is nearing it’s limit we’ll be sure to make it know.

[insert name of retailer] isn’t showing a box being included with the release, will I definitely get the box? Yes, as mentioned above only the version including the box will be available on day of release.
