And here’s what the entire set will look like (see image below)

To follow in similar style to our Ltd Collector’s Edition Blu-ray releases of Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul √A, this release will have a similar appearance to those. It will come in a rigid case and inside that will be a digipack to hold the two discs, 1 x Blu-ray and 1 x DVD. Also included are 6 Art Cards.

On the discs themselves the content is identical. It includes both the OVA episodes of Tokyo Ghoul “Jack” and “Pinto”.

F.A.Q. ABOUT THIS RELEASE

— Why is this not being released on the same day as the standard edition version of the OVAs?
Simply put, production lead times meant this wouldn’t be ready in time to coincide with the standard edition release. (This partly why we’re only announcing this now.) But should be noted that although this product exclusive to our AllTheAnime.com web shop as soon as the stock is ready to be shipped from our warehouse ASAP in September.

— How many units of this are there?
There are 1000 units total. Worth noting that our original Tokyo Ghoul season 1 Ltd Collector’s Edition Blu-ray release sold out nationwide prior to it even being available!

— Where else can I buy this?
The only place you can buy this is through our AllTheAnime.com web shop (and any events we exhibit at, such as MCM Comic Con.)

— Why is there no English dub for these OVA episodes?
Because there isn’t one. No English language dub has been produced so this release is in Japanese with English subtitles only.

— What’s on the art cards?
The overall design is pretty much finalised (at time of writing) so you’ll be able to see what the entire release will look like very soon!

— Are the standard edition Blu-ray and DVD exclusive to AllTheAnime.com as well?
No! You can buy those wherever DVD and Blu-rays are sold including Amazon UK, Base.com, Zavvi, Anime-On-Line and (in case you haven’t figured it out by now 😉 ) our AllTheAnime.com web shop.
