So here we are in September…

Wait, it’s not September yet, what are we doing here? Well, our coming slate of forthcoming products is so exciting, we found ourselves raring to go on a Bank Holiday Monday, and couldn’t resist writing this blog post to fill you in on what’s coming soon!

We hope you’ll be similarly uncontrollably hyped by the time you’ve read up on our plans, so let’s get down to business!

As always, let’s begin by recapping what new titles September is bringing our way before we move on to talk about our October titles and new pre-orders.

New September Early Birds

We’ve been hinting for a while at some big products we’ve been beavering away on, so let’s start with one of them, and a big new addition to our vinyl range….

JUJUTSU KAISEN – Deluxe Edition vinyl

Yes, that’s right, the superb OST to JUJUTSU KAISEN is making its way into our Deluxe Edition vinyl range!

This 5x vinyl set contains the full soundtrack to the series, encased within a high-quality rigid box, within which you’ll also find a 20-page booklet containing lyrics to all of the songs (in both their native language and with English translations where appropriate), an interview with the team behind the soundtrack’s creation and production.

Pre-orders for our edition open this Friday, 3rd September at 5PM, and run for a calendar month until October 4th.

We know that many of you are also fans of vinyl variants when it comes to our Deluxe Editions, and we have big news for you on that count as well, as both Light in the Attic and Zavvi will be offering up exclusive variants of this soundtrack.

What’s more, Zavvi’s JUJUTSU KAISEN variant launches today at 6PM!

This variant (shown above) features the same contents as our own Deluxe Edition, but each disc features a special colourway designed to match character Satoru Gojo’s distinctive eyes. If you’re a fan of the show, don’t miss out!

Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld Part 1

We teased you with this earlier in the month, and although we’ve shifted its pre-order date slightly we can confirm that we’re returning to Underworld as Sword Art Online: Alicization barrels towards its epic conclusion!

This first half of War of Underworld contains episodes 1-12, plus the “episode 0” recap of the events so far across its two Blu-ray discs, which are housed in an artwork-adorned Digipak which will fit snugly inside the rigid case for part one.

Also featured in this edition is a set of six art cards, while in keeping with our previous Sword Art Online releases we are of course offering you a collector’s slipcase to store the entirety of War of Underworld, with space for part two when we release it later in the year. Artwork is to be confirmed, but we’re certain this’ll be another beautiful addition to any Sword Art Online fan’s collection!

On-Gaku: Our Sound

We’ve seen a lot of critical love for this incredibly enjoyable incredible one-man animation masterpiece, and so we’re thrilled that we’re finally able to bring On-Gaku: Our Sound to Collector’s Edition DVD and Blu-ray.

We’re hoping to be able to show off an approved design for this release soon, but for now we can tell you that we plan for our Collector’s Edition to sport the film on both DVD and Blu-ray, with both discs contained in an Amaray which is itself housed within a rigid slipcase.

Also featured in our release is an A3 poster, a series of five art cards, and a 12-page booklet exploring the film. Pre-orders open on October 18th, so don’t miss your chance to own this glorious little film!
