REPLACEMENT UPDATE

~ We have officially launched our replacement scheme for Durarara!! Blu-ray Collector’s Edition. Get the full details HERE. (If you’re planning to apply for replacement discs please take the time to read all the details posted.)

– A reminder that we are logging in applicants as we go and are intending to send a confirmation email to everyone who applies on a weekly basis. We ask that you please allow a few weeks to receive the confirmation from when you first apply. (The next wave of confirmation emails will be send by the end of this week. Following the Easter break there is a bit of a backlog, but Jeremy is working his way through applications.)

~ We mention this on the latest podcast but just to make a note of it here, for anyone who purchased a Blu-ray version of Kill la Kill Part 1 from our booth at MCM London Comic Con last October, we will be launching a replacement scheme for those those discs hopefully in the near future. (NOTE: This ONLY applies to Blu-ray units that were on sale at MCM London Comic Con last October, any unit purchased after the event had re-authored discs included by default.) We haven’t got a time frame on this as things stand – we’re currently working on getting Durarara!! sorted – but there will have a replacement scheme for those affected.

QUESTION OF THE WEEK

Q: It’s been mentioned previously that some of your simulcasts might be available through your Vimeo download-to-own service, as was the case with Gundam Reconguista in G. Is there any update on this at all?

We can confirm that Seraph Of The End will be available through our download to own service on Vimeo, but we’re unable to confirm if The Heroic Legend Of Arslan and/or Plastic Memories may be available through the same service at this time. We can’t elaborate on more details regarding this at the moment, but we’re hoping to able to confirm details for Seraph Of The End soon. Please stay tuned for further updates.

Hi, when it comes to the Kill la Kill replacements (for those units purchased at MCM London Comic Con - October 2014 only) we're still to lock down exact details for the replacement scheme, including how to apply for a replacement disc. Once these details have been determined we will launch the scheme and post details accordingly. We know it's been a long wait but we really appreciate your patience. ^JG
